The Committee on Entrepreneurship, Regulatory and Antimonopoly Policy recommends that Parliament should adopt as a basis the draft law “On amendments to several legislative acts of Ukraine re simplifying the procedure for starting a business”

The bill (Reg. No. 2258a) aimed at simplifying and cheapening the procedure for starting a business in Ukraine.

People’s deputies deem adoption of the law will ensure: Ukraine’s transition to simplified, faster and less unprofitable procedure of creating new economic agents; improvement of reliability of turnover in business, decrease money and time expenditures of entrepreneurs; improvement of Ukraine’s position in the international ratings re investment attractiveness of economy and easiness of doing business in our state; reduction of corporate raids possibility; Ukraine's transition to recognized by the overwhelming majority of the world countries business practices, based on the non-required (voluntary) use of seals.
